I imagine that Williamsburg, being the so-called (incorrectly) birth place of the Hipster, is literally like Mecca for them. Visiting becomes a badge of honor for the burgeoning hipster youth (who could be in their 30's).
I see the Hipster start down the street at a brisk pace where he soon gets in an argument with someone. After that, in a mood, the Hipster begins loudly giving his observations for everyone to hear. Oh that used to be nice, that color lavender you had before was so much more thrilling, that sort of thing. Where he again gets into arguments with passerby. But one catches his eye, it's a female-identifying Hipster which is one of the genders that the Hipster appreciates. They still argue and it gets physical culminating in bit of music reminiscent of college sporting event fight songs. However, in the blink of an eye they fall in love and a jazz-recital-y sex scene takes place. At first the two hipsters are not in sync but finally, beautiful music is made in the form of the addition of strings. As one, both Hipsters join together as they flit about town, leaving comments about everything as they pass it by. And then the hipster returns to his lair to write this song.
It's a story I've seen a hundred times living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
