I found the car back up for sale purely by accident so I decided to make some enquiries because in the advert the car was advertised with a brake horsepower (BHP) figure of 450. The seller clearly states in the eBay listing that the previous owner had been in touch to confirm this.
During the recording you can clearly hear the seller confirming the car had 8 previous owners placing Mr Broughton as the last registered keeper. When Mr Broughton took ownership of the car from Mr Poulton it had 7 previous owners. When I questioned the seller about the car's advertised BHP figure, he confirms that Mr Broughton had been in touch via Facebook to confirm the car's BHP was 450.
