I went around the house with my field recorder and recorded a bunch of things that made noises. Then I threw those noises in FL studio and messed with some pattern. Then I hooked up a midi controller with a lot of knobs and assigned a bunch of knobs to some effects and started jamming away.
I also added magnus choir in there to play with my midi keyboard a bit, but it isn't featured much at all.
