According to priyom.org, E17z (English Lady 0 0 0 0 0) is only known to operate on the freqs: 9820, 11170, 12850, 12930, 14260 & 16780. It's also stated to only broadcast on thursdays at 08:00 and 08:10 UTC.
This was recorded on the frequency 6324.8 at about 17:39 (going off the websdr chat when I posted the freq).
Is this a pirate messing around (a hoax) or does this station operate at more freqs/times than was previously thought?
