This was my first ever attempt at something 100% electronic, and I can't say I didn't enjoy making it. :P
I tried to use the artists you gave as basic inspiration, especially C-Lekktor, although I don't think the end result is technically Aggrotech, and might even be more classified somewhere more akin to Trance or the likes.
