So, I am desperately waiting yesterday to get the docs back from the lawyer ensuring that the buyer is going to get a brand new construction home from Streamline and no bullshit. All of a sudden I get a panicked call from the buyers agent saying I need to call the buyer personally because he thinks he is getting played and that he is going to walk. Im astonished. So, I called... Now he is doing inspections at 9am tomorrow which sucks. Whatever.
