Shigemi is regarded as the most noble empress of all kappakind to most kappas, and feared to her enemies. Her golden skin was quite a lovely sight to behold in her infant years, and she had over the years grew a taste for sushi, along with her figure in the process. By the time she hit her adult years, her gigantic behind was regarded as a legendary object in it's own right. Legend said that if any kappa were to gaze upon it's naked form, they would immediately die from the sheer blood loss from their nose.
Despite living a luxurious royal life with all the sushi she could eat, she prefers to wear simple and plain garments tailored to her specialty to show that she is equal to common kappa. She is also a bit of a charmer as well as a keen negotiator, using her charm to settle negotiations between other yokai and the like.
Had quite the fun with this theme song! The BOINGs and the kabuki sounds are the same as Kogo's theme, but the gong and the shake in the beginning signify her empress image, and the militant-sounding theme along with its Japanese aesthethic signify her royalty.
