This was a song I worked on for months before recording it. I had most of the song written, but that last part was not written. It had to be interesting and also loop back to the beginning. Eventually after trying multiple complex iterations I gave up on the song for some time.
It's a nice song, but one of my least favorites. It was also originally written for somebody I care for very deeply. I scraped that idea after deciding it wasn't good enough for them.
