Description: In this song, I'm explaining why the arts are so important to any community in a Pop music format. Sometimes we forget all of the benefits we are reaping from the arts. Music, television, movies, and other forms of art in the media have provided us with endless entertainment, inspiration, and motivation to keep innovating and moving this world forward. Art students usually have higher grades and lower dropout rates. This is because of their sense of discipline and their growing love for learning. From a business perspective, there is a lot of money to be made from these different forms of art. For example, If a band or artist performs near a coffee shop, the audience watching will most likely go to the coffee shop and order something. A store or local restaurant might need some music and paintings to improve customer experience. Those are just two small examples of the many ways that business can benefit from the arts. Also, the arts have a major social impact in our culture. It can really influence the youth to speak their mind and create something meaningful for the world to benefit from. It also brings us all together at reunions and parties. In the end, students in public schools and art schools should have a chance to decide if they would like to master an artform or discover it through their existing education. Without funding in the arts, there might not be as many future leaders or creatives who are willing to change the world.
