Client Call - ID Card

Patient calling to ask when he will receive ID card and vest. Please note, these can only ship out after letter is approved. So always click on the letter to check the approved date on top of the letter (do not go by the assigned date or request date on the platform). The ID card will be shipped out the Tuesday after the letter is approved if the letter is approved by the prior Sunday. If the letter is approved on Monday, it will be shipped out on the following week's Tuesday (because I send our third party all the orders on Monday).
