Things I'd Like to Say 12
It needs to be said that I am no supporter of Scalice (subsidy addict, warmonger, bailout supporter, low regard for the Bill of Rights, claims to be against Islam while supporting the Saudis and Israelis, etc.). However, I don't think the House Majority Whip should die. Truth be told, both sides and political parties are hypocritical beyond reproach. Trump's so similar to Clinton to the point of being uncanny; the overlap between Mary Landrieu and David Vitter should be turning Louisiana against both parties; Obama's supporters continue to act like his presidency was the most ecologically friendly while ignoring that his administration let the EPA poison the Animas River, killed thousands in drone strikes with the added bonus of radioactive contamination courtesy of depleted uranium, and supported regulations that led to the BP oil spill; Ronald Reagan, despite some cuts, ran deficits and massively expanded the federal government in ways that Carter never could; and the Longs and the Edwards are nothing but a bunch of poverty pimps. I find it funny that all of these "liberals" continue to advocate for strong laws against legal gun ownership while oblivious the fact that Washington DC, Southern California, and Chicago have those laws, and yet have had high crime throughout most of their recent history. By contrast, Kennesaw, Georgia has a mandate that all heads of households have to have at least one firearm aside from criminal records and religious objections. Guess what, they have had hardly any major crime since 1982, and the vast majority of murders there were committed with knives. Before I go, I would also like to say that the notion that drugs have always been illegal is bullshit.
